Another big specimen of Acipenser naccarii has been caught by a fisherman (Yuri Grisendi) in the River Po, at Polesella (RO), on December 20. A fisherman  of wels catfish caught a big sturgeon in the Po, an Acipenser naccarii of about 2 m. Apparently the recovery actions and repopulations carried out in the past years have been successful.
